Delta Dental of Arizona Announces New Human Resources Director

Jason Neifield Brings Wealth of Experience, Expertise to New Post 
 

Glendale, Ariz. - February 1, 2016 - Delta Dental of Arizona is pleased to announce that Jason Neifield is now the director of human resources, addressing the needs of the dental carrier’s nearly 100 employees. Prior to joining Delta Dental of Arizona, Neifield held a similar post at the League of Southeastern Credit Unions & Affiliates.

Previous to his five-year stint at the League of Southeastern Credit Union & Affiliates, Neifield was a branch manager and HR generalist at the $2B Grow Financial Federal Credit Union in Tampa, Florida. Before moving to credit unions, he held a number of branch and back office roles with Bank of America, Washington Mutual, Chase and MBNA.

Neifield earned his Master of Business Administration from Saint Leo University as well as a Master of Instructional Systems: Performance Improvement and Human Resource Development from Florida State University. He also holds an undergraduate degree in public affairs and journalism from Syracuse University. Neifield is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
