Delta Dental of Arizona Promotes Heather Mollon to Director of Account Management

New role emphasizes the dental carrier’s commitment to superior client service

 

GLENDALE, Ariz. (Jan. 23, 2019) - Delta Dental of Arizona is pleased to announce the internal promotion of Heather Mollon to its management team. In the newly created role of director of account management, Mollon will focus her wealth of knowledge and experience to strategically engage internal resources to bring the best possible experience to Delta Dental clients.

She will lead a team of 6 account executives serving the dental carrier’s various segments of group clients with 2 to 50,000+ employees.

Mollon joined the Delta Dental team in 2017 as an account manager. Her previous experience includes 3 years as an account manager at MetLife and 5 years in various roles at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona. In addition, Mollon has 8 years of experience as a broker in the Arizona market, which allowed her to gain an intimate understanding of client needs as they navigate through the complexities of employee benefits.
