Browser Support FAQs
Supported Internet Browsers
For the best website experience, we recommend using the latest version of one of the following supported browsers:
Our website also supports browsing from a mobile or tablet device. Content is sized and displayed based on the screen resolution and other display attributes of your device.
As software makers release new versions of their web browsers, they stop updating the older versions. These older versions gradually lose compatibility with current web technology or are not up-to-date with the latest security enhancements.
Internet Explorer 11 is the most recent version and it was released in 2013. Microsoft has not released any feature updates in years, which puts this browser well behind others in terms of security and the ability to support new technologies. In addition, Microsoft will stop supporting Internet Explorer entirely in August 2021. The Edge browser is Microsoft's replacement for Internet Explorer and comes pre-installed on Windows 10 machines.
Our website may still work fine, but some features and functionality could be limited. For the best experience, we recommend updating to the most recent version of one of the supported browsers listed above. If you're unable to do that, you may want to consider upgrading the operating system on your computer or even the hardware itself. It's possible that your system software or your computer are simply too outdated to run a modern browser.
For best functionality, we recommend making sure cookies and JavaScript are enabled in your browser preferences. Disabling either of those features may limit the site functionality.
